A molded and carved beechwood cabriolet-shaped caned commode with a violonné back decorated with flowers. Whiplash-shaped armrests set back from the front legs. Cambered legs ending in conical plugs. Stamped G. JACOB. Louis XV period. (Accidents to the caning, transformations, front door missing). Dimensions: 96 x 62 x 55 cm Georges JACOB was awarded the title of master carpenter in Paris on September 4, 1765.
