Gilded and patinated regule mantel set, the clock adorned with friezes and drapery, surmounted by a lyre and flanked by a woman reading. It is accompanied by two antique vase cassolettes decorated with foliage on quadripod bases. The white enameled dial with black painted Arabic numerals and garlands of flowers. Late 19th century.
