Initially influenced by abstraction, he developed a free and experimental body of work, blending painting, sculpture, and objects. Starting in the 1960s, he turned his attention to design and created furniture and objects with clean, functional forms, notably his famous (stool, chair, magazine rack) Model Z in Plexiglas or lacquered metal, or his “Serre-Joints” coffee table from the 1970s! **Lot pickup will be by appointment only on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2026, in the PERCHE region (61)** The exact address of the location will be provided after full payment of the invoice, when you schedule your appointment. **After that date, any items remaining on site will be considered abandoned, and the full balance will remain due**
